Data Processing Addendum (DPA)

This Data Processing Addendum ("DPA") supplements the agreement between 1Property Group LLC ("Processor") and the business customer using the 1Property platform ("Controller") and describes how personal information is processed. It is provided as a summary; a countersigned DPA is available to business customers on request via privacy@1property.us.

1. Roles

The Controller (management company, association, or building) determines the purposes and means of processing personal information of residents, owners, staff, and guests. 1Property Group LLC processes that information only as a Processor / service provider, on the Controller's documented instructions.

2. Scope & purpose

Processing is limited to what is necessary to provide the Service: account management, building operations (maintenance, front desk, parking, communications, voting, etc.), security, and support.

3. Subprocessors

The Controller authorizes 1Property Group LLC to engage subprocessors (e.g., cloud hosting and email delivery) under written terms no less protective than this DPA. A current subprocessor list is available on request, and we will give notice of material changes.

4. Security

We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the risk, including encryption in transit, encryption of sensitive credentials at rest, access controls, and tenant isolation between buildings.

5. Data subject requests & assistance

We will reasonably assist the Controller in responding to data-subject requests (access, correction, deletion) and in meeting the Controller's obligations under applicable U.S. state privacy laws.

6. Breach notification

We will notify the Controller without undue delay after becoming aware of a personal-data breach affecting the Controller's data, with information reasonably available to us.

7. Return & deletion

On termination, we will delete or return Customer Data in accordance with the agreement, subject to legal retention requirements.
