1Property is used by the people running a building day to day: the unit and floor
directory with occupancy, owner and tenant profiles, leases with move-in and move-out
dates, and a document library per building. Maintenance is a workflow: residents submit
work orders, staff or external vendors are assigned, and every status change is kept with
its history, including parts and inventory.

The product is used by signed-in staff and residents, so there is no public marketing
site beyond the sign-in page and the terms below.

## What it does
